**We are currently seeking a Part-Time Medical Receptionist (Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays) to join our Woodbridge Team**

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Experience with medical terminology / administration
- Strong time management, organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated independence and comfort in taking initiative on resolving issues within the scope of responsibility
- Demonstrated professionalism and telephone manners
- Demonstrated team-based skills and customer-oriented approach
- Italian speaking an asset

**What you’ll be doing in this role**:
This position handles and oversees all aspects of front desk functions including:

- Answer phones, schedule appointments, check-in patients & process billings
- Process insurance forms and invoices/handle cash
- Foster a collaborative working environment
- Maintain confidentiality as per the clinic policies
- Other duties as assigned

We have been in operation for over 25 years in the province of Ontario providing our patients with high-quality treatment, support and imaging services across our multiple locations in Ontario. We offer a variety of services to our patients, referring physicians and specialists to help ensure the best possible results are obtained.

Our services include General Ultrasound, Obstetric Ultrasound, Vascular Ultrasound, Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, Biopsies, X-Ray, Bone density, Fluoroscopy & Mammograms (including OBSP).
