Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Prepare food items such as pastries
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including equipment and utensils
- Follow food safety guidelines to maintain quality and freshness of products
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed

Experience
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Experience with cash handling and cashiering
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash transactions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
