We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Technology to join our innovative team. As the Director of Technology, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our technology strategy. This includes overseeing our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platform, managing external sites, and collaborating closely with the CEO and COO. Your background in software development will be essential in leading our technology initiatives.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, aligning it with overall business goals.
- Oversee and optimize the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platform, ensuring seamless user experiences and revenue growth.
- Manage and enhance external sites to maintain a strong online presence and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and COO to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the software development team, leveraging your background in software development.
- Stay current with emerging technological trends and assess their relevance to the business.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:

- Proven experience as a Director of Technology or similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of technology, with expertise in DTC platforms and external site management.
- Background in software development is essential.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
