**Independent Product Demonstrator**

Seeking independent contractors to do casual, on-call part-time product demonstrations at events and in-store locations. Demonstrations are 3-5 hours in length and we compensate between $18-$22/hr.

Required to be Food Handler Certified and previous work experience in retail or food service.

**Role Requirements**:
Provide product samples from a variety of brands and products to customers and answer inquiries. Communicate with our internal Demo Coordinator to ensure necessary supplies are ready and in good condition. Forward any customer concerns along with completed demo reports.
- Ability to complete demo reports
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positively representing a variety of brands and products
- Conversing with a variety of people with ease
- Demonstrating use of a food product in front of many people
- Speaking comfortably in front of a group of people
- Providing information/instructions on and assisting others in using a product
- Acting as a liaison with retailers/customers
- Tracking and reporting customer interactions, sales volumes, and other key event/demo metrics to the Demo Coordinator and/or customer service team when needed

- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and prompt
- Ability to work on a variable schedule
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organic product knowledge a plus
- Demos are scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and are 4 hours long.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
