Carfra Lawton LLP is looking for a skilled and motivated legal assistant to join the team. This is a full-time permanent position with an immediate start date.

We are Victoria’s premier litigation firm. We have over 25 lawyers, paralegals and articling students. Our focus is civil litigation - predominately on the defence side.

There is a reason why we have loyal long-term employees. We have a strong collegial atmosphere that crosses over between lawyers and staff. There is a wide range of experience within our current legal assistants that affords collaboration and mentorship. There also is the availability for growth into a paralegal position if one so chooses.

We are a largely paperless office and utilize top-tier litigation computer programs.

We offer a very competitive salary, extended benefits, 35 hour work week, flexible hours, flex days, free underground secure parking, modern office space, RRSP contributions, casual dress, and ability to work partially remote.
