**Position Overview**

We’re hiring energetic and reliable **Member Experience & Operations Associates** to join our front desk team at both our Aurora and Markham locations. This hybrid role combines front desk operations, member service, booking coordination, and pro shop support.

The position starts as **hourly (part-time or full-time)** for a **3-month trial period**, with **potential conversion to full-time employment based on performance and club needs**.

**Applicants with the flexibility to work at both locations are strongly preferred.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and check in tennis and yoga participants
- Manage court and studio bookings using our club platform
- Assist coaches with scheduling and last-minute changes
- Guide new visitors through Revo memberships, programs, and clinics
- Sign up new members and close transactions
- Process pro shop sales using POS system
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of front desk, yoga rooms, and lounge areas
- Ensure the facility is welcoming, clean, and well-organized

**Compensation**
- **Hourly wage**: Starting from $17-$30/hour depending on experience

**What We’re Looking For**
- Friendly, proactive communicator with strong customer service skills
- Organized and able to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn booking and POS systems
- Interest in fitness, tennis, or wellness is a plus
- Available for **evening and/or weekend shifts**:

- **Ability to work at both Aurora and Markham locations is a strong asset**

**Schedule**
- Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week
- Full-Time: 30-40 hours/week
- Flexible scheduling available
- **Expected start date: August 2025**
