**Job Summary**:
As an **Automation Integrator**, you will be responsible for designing, programming, installing, and troubleshooting automated systems for sawmill machinery. You will work closely with engineers, technicians, and clients to ensure seamless integration of automation technologies into manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and program automation systems for sawmill equipment using PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
- Integrate new automation solutions with existing machinery and production lines.
- Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automated systems.
- Work with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure proper system functionality.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal staff.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and optimization to enhance machine performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging automation technologies.
- Assist in documentation, including wiring diagrams, programming guides, and maintenance procedures.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years full time experience in automation integration, preferably in industrial equipment or sawmill machinery.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms).
- Experience with HMI development, motion control, and industrial networking protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve automation issues.
- Hands-on experience with servo motors, VFDs, and industrial sensors.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites for installation and support.
- Able to work extra hours to ensure a successful project when required.
- Experience in Autodesk AutoCAD 2019 or later

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in sawmill or wood processing industry automation.
- Knowledge of robotic integration and vision systems.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and IoT-based automation solutions.
- Experience in Mechanical Engineering

Pay: $140,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
