**Right at Home Halton**is looking for Professional **Registered Nurses(RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs)**to join our team of exceptional caregivers in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and the surrounding area.
**_** IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY:_**_ weekdays (Day & Evening visits), Weekends (day & evening) and overnight visits._

** Offers incentives to nurses who sign up for the Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN).**

**Job Summary**:
**Qualifications**:

- Graduated from an accredited Registered Practical Nurse program/Nursing Degree or equivalent
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Minimum of 1-year experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of current nursing assessment and management of Tracheostomy & Ventilation Care.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with the support of your team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Monitor, assess, address, document & report changes in patient’s condition.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (e.g. communication, teamwork, and conflict-resolution)
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Valid First Aid and CPR - Level HCP certification
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
