**What You Will Do**

As part of a dynamic maintenance team, the Residential Painter will be responsible for painting the interiors and exteriors of our vibrant and award-winning portfolio. With a keen eye for detail, you will enhance the aesthetic appeal one backdrop at a time.
- Surface prep and repair
- Clean and maintain painting equipment
- Adhere to safety guidelines
- Deliver assignments on time
- Quality assurance
- Collaborate with a vast and diverse team

**What You Bring to the Table**
- Proven experience as residential painter
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and finishes
- High level of craftsmanship
- Ability to work in various conditions, indoor and outdoor
- Estimating skills, both time and materials
- Ability to stand, climb ladders and bend for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract
- Team Player who thrives under pressure
- Comfortable working at height with proper safety measures
- Willingness to step outside of core responsibilities to support your team

**Work Environment**

Get ready to embrace an ever changing canvas, both indoors and outdoors, new construction or heritage, touch ups or repaints and even occupied tenant spaces. May work independently or as a team. Generally, during regular hours although there will be needs that may fall outside of those hours, like high turnover periods.
