**Schedule**:
**1. Tuesday to Friday 3pm to 11pm and Saturday from 11am to 11pm**

**2. Monday to Thursday from 11pm to 7am and Friday from 11pm to 11am**

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for all after hours emergencies and inquires
- Visit sites to coach, train and evaluate employees according to company standards
- Respond to major incidents and aid security staff with managing the situation
- Enforce property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets
- Issue parking violations
- Create and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary fill in shifts.

Job Requirements:

- Ability to work evening shifts and Weekends
- Excellent Communication Skills - English - Written & Verbal
- Excellent Deportment
- Experience as a Concierge in a Residential Condominium
- Team player - positive, honest and motivated
- Basic Computer skills
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Clean Driving Abstract
- G Drivers License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Site Supervisor in a Residential Condominium: 1 year (required)
- Residential Condominium: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Security Guard License (required)
- Class G Licence (required)
