**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate various manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, to produce plastic components.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to lean manufacturing principles.
- Assist in the setup and operation of machinery, including forklifts for material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, particularly in plastic manufacturing or machining.
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and tools such as calipers is beneficial.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery is advantageous.
