**Position: Cook (Part-Time)**

We’re looking for motivated and reliable individuals who are passionate about food and want to grow their cooking skills. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs and learn traditional Japanese cooking techniques.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist with food prep and cooking during service
- Support deep-frying, grilling, and plating tasks
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Dependable and hardworking with a positive attitude
- Comfortable in a busy, team-oriented kitchen environment
- Willing to learn new skills and take direction
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but not required

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work weekend evenings (Sunday availability is required)
- Valid work permit to work in Canada (if not a citizen or PR)
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the culinary field

**Shifts We’re Hiring For**:

- Evening shifts (especially weekends)
- 25-30 hours per week
