**Responsibilities**
- Utilize best-in-class talent acquisition methodologies, with a focus on bilingual recruitment for all service lines, including Information Technology (IT)
- Proactively guide and coach hiring leaders through the hiring process and interview techniques
- Understand and cater to unique hiring leader needs, ensuring a personalized and tailored approach to deliver high-quality service
- Utilize recruitment technology to elevate success and speed of recruitment activities
- Maintain an active presence at in-person events, on LinkedIn, and relevant social media platforms
- Report internal metrics, benchmark practices with industry standards, and make recommendations on market trends

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of five (5) years of IT, accounting, tax, and/or consulting recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Professional services industry experience, with successful recruits of senior level professionals
- Demonstrated commitment to identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall client service
- Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal)
