**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will engage with customers through various channels, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer inquiries will be crucial in delivering a positive experience.

**Duties**
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Liase and coordinate with office staff, fabrication department, installation team and customers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations with customers.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and make sound decisions based on customer needs.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers, suppliers and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
