Join our team as a casual **Residential Care Worker** working in our Residences Located in Ladner and Tsawwassen. The Residential Care Worker works under a 24/7 environment at an hourly rate between **$25.05 - $28.75**, plus 10.6% in lieu of benefits.

**Typical Hours**:

- **8am - 4pm; 9am - 3pm, etc.**:

- **3pm - 10pm; 4pm - 9pm, etc.**

**What we offer**:

- Paid orientations before commence work;
- Paid trainings upon hired, including MANDT training, Person-Centered Thinking training, First Aid renewal, FOODSAFE renewal, etc.;

- Financial support in getting your Class 4 Driver's License, including paid day off attending road test, reimbursement of related fee, etc.;
- Free on-site parking;
- Casual dress.

Weekend Availability is a must.

**Salary**: $25.05-$28.75 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
