**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, toileting and transportation accompany.
- Provide companionship and social interaction.
- Observe and report changes in the client's physical and emotional status.
- Ability to follow care plan and document tasks completed accordingly.
- Is comfortable using technology to document/chart
- Communicate effectively with clients and office team.

**Requirements**:

- Have Driver's License and reliable transportation
- PSW certificate or equivalent (Nursing students with successful completion of year 1)
- Current CPR (BCLS) and First Aid certificate
- Police record check-Vulnerable Sector within last 6 months or be willing to obtain one
- Negative TB skin test/chest x-ray within last 12 months or willing to obtain one
- Up-to date immunization record.
- Need to have Smartphone and access to internet.
- Minimum 1 year experience working in the community as a certified PSW is an asset
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to speak a second language considered an asset

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
