**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist pharmacists with preparing and dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves and verifying medication supplies
- Provide exceptional patient care by answering questions and offering guidance on over-the-counter products
- Maintain accurate records of medication transactions and patient information in compliance with privacy regulations
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing insurance claims
- Ensure the pharmacy area adheres to safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate medication administration and patient support

**Skills**
- Kroll knowledge is key
- Prior hospital experience or pharmacy technician background is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in prescription processing and record keeping
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy
- Basic computer skills for managing electronic health records and pharmacy systems
- Ability to work well within a team and follow established protocols for medication handling and patient interaction
