  • Assist pharmacists with preparing and dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
  • Manage inventory by restocking shelves and verifying medication supplies
  • Provide exceptional patient care by answering questions and offering guidance on over-the-counter products
  • Maintain accurate records of medication transactions and patient information in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing insurance claims
  • Ensure the pharmacy area adheres to safety and cleanliness standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate medication administration and patient support

**Skills**

  • Kroll knowledge is key
  • Prior hospital experience or pharmacy technician background is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in prescription processing and record keeping
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills for managing electronic health records and pharmacy systems
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow established protocols for medication handling and patient interaction

Pay: From $31,238.00 per year
