Ensure the coordination of the office both operationally and administratively.
Provide administrative support for the manufacturing team.

**List of essential experiences to feel good in the job**
Respond to requests for information, process mail, maintain inventory of office supplies, order supplies as needed, ensure that office equipment is kept in order, greet visitors, prepare documents, sort-verify-process documents, maintain manual and computerized filing systems, establish the operating methods of the office, production data entry, place orders and prepare purchase orders, follow various service contracts, Microsoft Office.
