**Job Description**:
**Main Duties**:
Reporting to the Manager of Total Rewards, this position will support organizational excellence and the development of a competitive and sustainable compensation system, by coordinating SIGA’s job analysis and classification programs. The position leads the implementation, communication, and administration of all components of the compensation and performance management program, with emphasis on ensuring fair, consistent and transparent practices.

**Responsibilities include**: Carrying out research and analysis to support compensation decisions and program recommendations. Supporting and coordinating the Job Evaluation Team (JET). Participating in cross-functional project teams relating to enterprise systems impacting pay initiatives. Planning and executing effective communication strategies to ensure that staff are well informed about SIGA’s classification, compensation and evaluation programs. Maintaining records, documentation, resources and reference materials. Participating in the review, development, and implementation of a competency-based performance evaluation tool. Participating in the development, update, and communication and monitoring of policies, procedures, and practices related to compensation services. Participating in other projects and activities as required, in support of SIGA’s compensation processes.

**Conditions of Employment**
- The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
- Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Tobacco smoke/High noise levels (during time spent at Casino sites).

- Compliance with all regulatory requirements as may be applicable to your position including but not limited to both SLGA requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering requirements set out in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and regulations and policies made thereunder by Canada and FINTRAC.

**Job Requirements**: Education**
- Successful completion of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, economics and/or statistical courses preferred.
- A combination of directly-related education/training and experience may be considered.
- CPHR designation preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is considered an asset

**Experience**
- Three years' progressive analytical experience performing data analysis.
- Previous experience in job evaluation inclusive of competencies.
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer software e.g. Microsoft Office, with exceptional Excel experience.
- Strong logic, analytical, and statistical skills.
