**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet customer service needs efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and protocols.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily.
- Drive to customer sites, load and secure bins, transport to transfer stations, and return bins as needed.
- Perform end-of-day check-ins to confirm accurate and complete paperwork.
- Ensure routes are completed safely and on schedule.
- Follow all required protocols while dumping loads at municipal recycling and waste facilities.
- Safely climb the truck ladder to tarp loads.
- Attach the Roll-Off hook to the bin, involving bending and lifting 25-50 pounds

**Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies**:

- Valid AZ license and a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- 1-2 years of experience driving an Roll-Off Vehicle
- 1 year AZ experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities (both verbal and written).
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident, consistent, and decisive personality.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs are essential.

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- roll off: 1 year (preferred)
- Tractor-trailer: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- AZ License (required)
