**Key Roles and Responsibilities will include**(not limited to):

- Month end close activities, including:

- Running Trans4M month end close processes, generating necessary month end reports
- Preparation of journal entries and entering into ledger (this may require some account analysis activity in order to calculate the journal entries)
- General ledger account analysis on a monthly basis, including preparation of account reconciliations and submission in Stellantis account reconciliation system
- Backup for Guelph hourly payroll and accounts payable functions
- Assist in maintaining current USMCA submissions to Stellantis
- Maintain the fixed asset sub ledger, including reconciliation to the general ledger and updating for asset additions/disposals
- Provide analytical support during the annual budgeting process and support the annual standard cost roll
- Provide financial support for numerous projects and ad hoc requirements, as required

Please note that this position may require some travel between Port Hope, Belleville, Windsor locations.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
