We are looking for a detail oriented, organized and positive Coordinator to join our team to to support the internal operations of our company.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Manage and organize company documents, records, and files, ensuring they are well-maintained, easily accessible, and up to date.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, contracts and updating project files and records.
- Support the technicians’ team by processing orders, communicating with suppliers, and tracking materials and parts.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Job qualifications**
- Previous experience in coordination or administrative roles is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy including close and continual monitoring and checking of process and work tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to work.
- Good team player, ability to communicate effectively with other employees.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory.

**Schedule**:

- Job Types: Full-time
- 8 hours shift
- Monday to Friday
- Location: Richmond Hill, ON (require work at office)

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
