Toughcell Technicians

**Paradox Access Solutions** is seeking
- **Toughcell Technicians (Labourers)** to join their team**This is a project-based position (primarily based in Alberta) and compensation will be $20-25/hour based on experience** Paradox Access Solutions is a family company and industry leader in access solutions across Western Canada. Since 2004 Paradox has provided industrial access matting and ground reinforcement solutions to the pipeline, utility, municipal, general construction, and energy sectors.**

**What you’ll do at Paradox**:
**Reporting to the Field Supervisor, the Toughcell technician is responsible to handle a number of workplace responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency. The Toughcell technician must be able to lift and carry heavy objects repeatedly and for prolonged periods of time.**
- Perform tasks involving physical labour at construction sites.
- Wide experience in a variety of types of physical labour.
- Robust physical stamina for performing strenuous and repetitive tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools of all types.
- Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations and general cleanup of debris and other waste materials.
- Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.

**What you'll bring to Paradox**:

- Valid Driver's Licence with clean abstract
- Pass a Drug and Alcohol test and 75lb Fitness to Work test
- Valid safety tickets
- Be prepared to work in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime and shift work.
