**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Team Member to join our dynamic startup team. As part of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our innovative solutions, contributing to the success of our business and our journey towards obtaining Canadian Permanent Residency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the founding team to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of our systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to our technical infrastructure and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
- Contribute resources (financial, time, expertise, etc.) to the growth and development of the startup.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- X years of experience in software development, with a strong proficiency in relevant technologies, languages, and frameworks.
- Experience with tools, platforms, and technologies relevant to our project.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Interest in entrepreneurship and willingness to contribute resources to the success of our startup.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $68,444.97-$220,030.65 per year
