Leasing Service Manager

**Position Purpose**
The Leasing Services Manager acts as a trusted advisor to internal and external clients, focusing on the delivery of end-to-end leasing transaction services both directly and through the oversight of an outsourced transaction management service provider.
**What You Will Do**:
- Provide oversight of the service providers while maximizing value by leveraging internal and external relationships
- Ensure the, integrity, quality and consistency of transaction management services.
- Validate that all leasing activities adhere to Provincial policies, procedures and guidelines demonstrating transparency and value for money.
**Who We're Looking For**:
- You must have post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Real Estate or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven knowledge of all aspects of transaction management, financial analysis and lease valuation.
- Experience in an outsource business environment would be an asset.
- Hands-on commercial leasing experience including needs analysis, lease negotiation, transaction documentation review and lease administration.
- Ability to analyze and amend technical, legal, and financial information in a transaction management environment and present these complex concepts in a clear, cogent and legible manner is essential.

The salary range for this position is
**$78,000 to $116,900 **with a corresponding job level of P4.
Employment in the Real Estate Division is conditional upon obtaining security clearance through the Program & Policy Enablement Branch, Supply Chain Ontario of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services.
