**Job Title**: Business Development Manager (BDM)
**Location**: Surrey, Canada

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Sales Growth**: Identify and target potential clients, including homeowners, real estate developers, and businesses.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high client retention.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- **Business Expansion**: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand Atwal Construction’s presence in Surrey and surrounding areas.
- **Proposal & Contract Negotiation**: Prepare compelling business proposals and close deals through effective negotiation.
- **Networking & Brand Promotion**: Represent Atwal Construction at industry events, networking forums, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with the **marketing, design, and project teams** to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**: Maintain sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to senior management.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.**:
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in **business development, sales, or client relations** (preferably in **construction, real estate, or renovation industries**).
- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of **construction materials, renovation trends, project budgeting, and customer expectations** in Canada.
- **Sales & Negotiation Skills**: Proven track record in **closing deals, meeting sales targets, and building lasting client relationships.**:
- **Communication & Networking**: Strong **verbal and written communication skills**, with the ability to **engage and persuade clients.**:
- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience using **CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms** is a plus.
- **Self-Driven & Goal-Oriented**: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive business growth.
**How to Apply**:
Pay: $16.75-$24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business development: 1 year (required)
