**SUMMARY**

The Workplace Advisory and Management Office, a team of dedicated Workplace consultants (including Workplace Strategists, Workplace Experience, Change and Workplace Technology specialists) create solutions that enable BGIS customers to optimize their workplace and provide an enhanced workplace experience.

The Workplace Change Management Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the development of change management and communications programs for client workplace projects, while delivering a best-in class employee experience. The primary responsibility will be supporting the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, usage, experience and wellness, and minimize resistance.

The Change Management Specialist will collaborate with many others within BGIS and key client teams to succeed.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Client Relationship
- Supports and participates in client presentations and business development activities.
- Works directly with the Change Manager to provide expertise and guidance in the development of the programs.
- Ability to successfully maintain and build client relationships with an exceptional customer experience focus.

Service Delivery
- Support project delivery and work with BGIS project teams and clients to deliver change initiatives.
- Comfortable with data and research material - ability to draw out the ‘story’ from data and present it in a clear and concise way.
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications with a polished and professional output.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to convey complex ideas and messages in a simple and clear way.

Continuous Improvement
- Makes recommendations for Continuous Improvement plans.
- Identifies KPIs and metrics to measure success.
- Participates in corporate programs (i.e., Risk Management, Strategic Account Management, ISO Audit, etc.).
- Models a ‘Yes-And ” solution-oriented culture.

Strategic Input
- Networking - attend events, conferences and reads industry-relevant publications and material to stay up to date with trends, industry best practices and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal team members to identify benchmarking, white papers, case studies and other relevant data to inform and drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- University degree and 1-3 years of diverse corporate client experience.
- Strong client service / management and influencing skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational, documentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient presentation skills.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Solutions oriented.
- Forward thinking with a holistic approach to the Workplace (Workplace Experience, Wellness, Change Management).
- Software proficiencies related to the assignment - MS Excel, Project, Outlook; PowerPoint, Visio; IWMS tools, Experience Aps etc.
- Knowledge of workplace wellness programs would be an asset.
- Experience with change management and transformation projects is desired.

**Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation**
- PROSCI certification or equivalent.
- MCR or MCR.w would be an asset.
