**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide excellent customer support.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing patient records in a medical or dental office setting.

**Skills**
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing systems.
- Effective phone etiquette and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Previous clerical experience in an office environment is preferred; experience in a medical or dental office is a plus.
- Ability to type efficiently with strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
