**Position Overview**:
**Work Hours**:
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage messages, and assist callers with information
- Coordinate the service department, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Coordinate a service technician for scheduled tasks.
- Assist with general managerial and office administrative tasks, including a variety of supporting tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing products and materials.
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients and visitors.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Submit warranty claims to vendors on behalf of customers.
- Process small transactions and handle service inquiries.

**Experience / Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Experience with QuickBooks is a valued qualification.
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to proofread documents for errors
- Aptitude for learning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in sales is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
