**Your Opportunity**:
**Your Key Accountabilities**:

- Actively supports community engagement while promoting equitable, diverse, and inclusive innovation, and contributes to Edmonton Unlimited’s ongoing pursuit of Reconciliation.
- Identifies areas for improvement and implements solutions to optimize processes with a focus on automation.
- Enables a commitment to continuous improvement, working across the organization to identify more efficient ways to collect and report data.
- Manages the development, launch, and maintenance of the CRM.
- Works closely with all stakeholders to ensure CRM implementation meets organizational needs.
- Manages CRM systems, including maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring system is operating at optimal levels.
- Ongoing management of cloud-based CRM platforms, including ensuring that software, hardware, and security systems are up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Provides training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and propose use of CRM system.
- Conducts regular audits of the CRM to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Identifies and resolves issues related to our cloud-based platforms, CRM systems, and stakeholder reporting processes.
- Analyzes CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that that enables EU’s data driven decision-making.
- Gathers and analyzes data to develop performance metrics and track progress against goals.
- Provides regular reports on key performance indicators and trends for leadership and completes the required reporting cycles for funding partners and key stakeholders.
- Responsible for populating and completing non-public facing reports for three levels of government.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to complex problems.
- Conducts regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

**Your Credentials**:

- Post-secondary education in Operations Management, Business Administration, Computing or in a related field plus (Related experience for education may be considered an equivalency on a one-for-one basis).
- Three (3) years of experience driving operational performance, CRM Management, and data reporting. Hubspot experience is considered an asset.
- Experience in a multi-funder reporting environment is an asset.
- Demonstrates strong capabilities regarding accountability, decision-making, problem-solving, independent action, organization, and cultural adaptability.
- Experience formulating strategic and operational objectives.
- Receptive to constructive criticism and committed to ongoing development.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Innovator by nature.
