We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. You will engage with children through play, learning activities, and daily routines, ensuring their well-being while promoting their development.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Educate children through age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive and social development.
- Plan and implement engaging learning experiences tailored to the children's interests and developmental stages.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to play and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and other daily activities to ensure their safety.
- Foster positive relationships with children by being approachable, friendly, and supportive.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in childcare.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage children in fun and educational activities.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate the needs of families.
- A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development through engaging interactions.
