**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drive Sales Performance**: Aggressively pursue sales opportunities by reaching out to leads, following up with prospects, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of Favorit Motors’ inventory, including vehicle features, pricing, and available financing options.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with potential buyers both in person and via phone or online, establishing rapport and building trust to create lasting customer relationships.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively prospect new leads and identify opportunities within your network to bring in new business.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand each customer’s specific needs and provide tailored solutions to help them find the right vehicle, while offering expert advice throughout the buying process.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Confidently negotiate pricing and terms to close sales, ensuring both customer satisfaction and maximum profitability for the dealership.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: After-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and gather referrals.
- **Work Independently**: As an independent contractor, you’ll manage your own schedule, set your own goals, and take ownership of your success. You will have the flexibility to work with mínimal supervision while staying aligned with dealership standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Sales Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in high-performance, commission-based sales (automotive sales experience is a plus).
- **Aggressive Sales Drive**: A relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on closing deals.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers at all levels.
- **Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented**: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and stay focused on achieving goals without constant oversight.
- **Customer-Centric Mindset**: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive car-buying experience.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with using digital tools for customer management, inventory tracking, and sales reporting.
- **Availability**: Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to maximize sales opportunities.

Pay: $30,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
