**Summary**

We are looking for an Operations Associate to work closely in administrative and operational support, as required. You will perform operational tasks as assigned by the executives and senior leadership of the business, namely, the directors and the operations manager.

The Position will be a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for an intrinsically motivated individual seeking to satisfy senior executive and other business objectives while striving to create value whenever possible.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Managing recruitment platform accounts (Indeed, LinkedIn, university job board accounts)
- Managing hiring trackers for live job postings
- Setting up interviews with required stakeholders and collecting their feedback
- Managing executive schedules and conflicts
- Performing the background and reference checks
- Completing ad-hoc executive tasks
- Drafting job offers for manager review and managing the offer acceptance process
- Onboarding new hires
- Performing other duties across the organization as required to meet the overall business objectives

**Required Skills or Experience**
- An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations, Marketing, or other business administration fields
- Strong foundation in business and operations
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving ability
- High adaptability to a high-stress, high work volume environment
- Natural curiosity and willingness to learn
- Commitment to excellence in work products produced
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office and Google suite

**Salary and Benefits**
- $70,000 - $90,000 base salary, with potential bonus available based on individual performance
- Extended health benefits plan

**Position Type**
- _Type:_ Permanent, Full-Time, Hybrid
- _Time Commitment:_ 37.5 hours with overtime
- _Location:_ Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC
- _Start Date:_ Immediate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
