**Your work environment at EXP**

As the Bilingual AP and Quality Control Reviewer, you will be responsible for completing all AP day-to-day tasks. Working directly with and supporting the Manager, Accounts Payable & Treasury, the Bilingual AP & Quality Control Reviewer will be responsible for:
**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Contact suppliers to resolve invoice issues
- Perform daily analysis of posted vendor invoices
- Collaborate with Billing Department and Cash Application Department
- Perform weekly analysis of vendor files to identify discrepancies and duplicate payments
- Reconciliation of vendor statements and accounts
- Daily reviews and approval of employee’s expense reports
- Perform cost analysis on a weekly basis
- Entering Accounts Payable information into the system
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Answering vendor and employee inquiries
- Plan and organize workflows to ensure all cut-offs and deadlines are met
- Produce monthly Accounts Payable reports that reconcile Vendor Voucher with the General Ledger
- Other duties as assigned

**What your experience looks like**
- College Diploma or University Degree in accounting/finance
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- 3-5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
- Excellent skills with MS Office products
- Advanced skills in Excel a must
- Ability to work independently and multi-task under tight deadlines, occasionally working extended hours
- Experience with Deltek/Vision would be considered a strong asset
- Bilingual in French required
