**Job Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and companionship. This position requires a nurturing attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various situations while ensuring the safety and comfort of those you care for.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior.
- Help with mobility assistance, including transferring clients from beds to wheelchairs or assisting with walking.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs and progress.
- Document care provided and reported any concerns or changes in client conditions.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for this role.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately while demonstrating flexibility in meeting client needs.
