Do you love talking to people? Are you naturally good at sales? If so, you are the person we are looking for to join our team. Being a people person who is engaging and friendly allows you to connect with our clients and gain their trust and comfort so they will feel welcome to come back and see us. This is one of our primary goals, and we are seeking help to do this.

We are open 7 days a week, weeknights until 10pm, Saturday until 6pm, and Sunday until 8pm. Being able to work a variety of shifts is important to the role. We offer a shift premium and a commission on membership sales, on top of your hourly wage. Part time and full time hours available.

The Spa Associate is the first face and voice of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and on the telephone
- Check in clients through booking system
- Multi-task between answering phones, booking appointments and selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Promote health and wellness benefits of massage and skin care
- Follow proper filing procedures and file maintenance
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Various other duties

**Key Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Prior computer experience
- Sales focused - the ability to meet quotas and goals
- Self-motivated, mature and reliable
- Friendly and approachable
