Veterinary Receptionist

We are looking for:

- Reliability
- Ability to work until 7 pm (1 day a week)
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Excellent client/patient care/customer service/people skills
- Avimark knowledge is an asset
- 1 year experience or more would be preferable

**Duties**:

- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Assist with client check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and files
- Handle client inquiries, provide information on services, and relay messages to the veterinary team
- Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff
- Keep the reception area clean and organized

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for working with animals and their owners

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Familiarity with laboratory procedures in a veterinary setting

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
