Position Summary
You are a motivated, well-organized account executive with proven results in the protective footwear and workwear industry. You will be responsible for driving and maximizing sales of PRO footwear and apparel in the National Account channel (NAC).

Account Executive A, National Accounts (Timberland PRO)
You will be a trusted member of our PRO Marketing team, reporting to the Sales Manager, Strategic Accounts. You work with Timberland PRO Canada Sales Leadership Team (Director and Sales Managers) to ensure product needs are met and feedback is provided.
How You Will Make a Difference
- What you will do:_- Maximize growth of Timberland PRO safety footwear and apparel to help increase market share in the NAC by forecasting and developing annual sales objectives- Evaluate all protective footwear and protective apparel growth opportunities and identify areas of underdeveloped business and formulate a strategy to capture increased market share in the NAC
- How you will do it:_- Continue to strengthen dealer relationships within the NAC, assisting them with sales opportunities for protective footwear, apparel, and accessories, through a consistent frequency of communication and in-stores visits to ensure the execution of the PRO brand vision- Be involved in new product bellwether initiatives, and Special Make-up (SMU) line management in the NAC

Skill for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 10+ years
Formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees such as a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales or Business, or a related field, are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.- What we expect you already know/have:
- Excellent communication skills: the ability to communicate information formally and informally- Strong skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and various inventory management systems such as Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP)- Solid organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment- The ability to make resolve problems and make decisions- A proven track record in implementing processes and executing- A robust understanding of merchandising, trends, and sales- A substantial understanding of the Canadian Standards Association (CSA), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) footwear market, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) work apparel competitors- The ability to travel frequently - up to 50 percent of the time- What we will teach you:
