Karp Home Care operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week providing non-medical home care to our clients wherever they reside. We are hiring all skill levels for all shifts. All you need is a compassionate heart and a desire to learn.

**Location: Surrey, Richmond, Delta, Vancouver Area**

As a Certified Care Aid, You will be an integral part of a care team with access to on-shift support from our skilled Case Managers & Lead CAREGivers.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- As a certified care aid, you will provide high-quality and compassionate care to your clients
- Provide companionship and social stimulation
- Preparing and serving meals for the clients
- Providing medication reminders
- Assist clients with basic and personalized daily activities like running errands
- Assist clients with instrumental activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, feeding, incontinence care, and transferring
- Other specialized care needs

**Requirements to be a CAREGiver**:

- Ability to treat and care for clients with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients and staff in a friendly manner
- Dedicated to providing high-quality care services to clients
- Having a reliable transportation will be ideal but is not a requirement
- Must be a Team player, willing to learn and must have a right attitude
- Training will be provide so the freshers are welcome to apply
