Advanced Rigger- Tower Climber

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Rigging and securing loads for transportation using various equipment such as capstan hoist.
- Collaborate with team members to plan rigging operations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Inspect rigging equipment to ensure it is in good working condition before use.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and clients regarding project requirements and updates.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in training new employees on rigging techniques and safety practices.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Rigger or in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to rigging equipment and techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with tower climbing a must.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- A commitment to safety practices and the ability to recognize potential hazards on-site.
- Work will be in Northern Ontario, travel will necessary with extended stays in the area (minimum 2 weeks) at a time.
- Training certification including Fall Arrest, Working and Heights and High Angle Rescue is mandatory.
- Background checks will be mandatory for clearance purposes
- Preference will be given to those with an active LMRN Level 4 Clearance
- Salary based on experience
