**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the building and property to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Conduct weekly walk-throughs to identify potential maintenance issues, both preventive and reactive, and address them promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for MC College, building vendors, and contractors.
- Coordinate and oversee on-site work performed by vendors (e.g., HVAC, inspectors, elevator technicians).
- Acquire quotes and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and engage appropriate contractors for repairs.
- Handle small handyman projects as needed to maintain the building's condition.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls and ensure issues are resolved swiftly to minimize downtime and costs.

**Qualifications**:

- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs
- Electrical skills for troubleshooting and repairs
- Ability to fabricate parts as needed
- Experience in maintaining building systems
- Leadership skills for supervising maintenance teams

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.41-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 3 years (required)
