We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team at Vancouver's biggest decorative lighting installation company. This role involves working closely with our installation team to ensure that our lighting crews are prepared to succeed day in and day out.

At FestiLight, we create captivating light displays that enhance residential and commercial properties and illuminate peoples' senses. We make holidays or other special occasions brighter, easier, and safer while delivering outstanding service, quality products, and superior workmanship. We recognize that commitment, enthusiasm, and good old-fashioned hard work are essential to maintain our reputation for trust, quality and delivery.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Preparation of Equipment and Product for next day Installations
- Empty garbages and return all recycling bins to depot
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Being responsible for the basic maintenance and cleanliness of company property (I.e. Vehicles and tools).
- Stocking product for installers in Warehouse and Vehicles
- When required, covering for absent installers
- Installing lights on trees and other plants.
- Securing lights to structures
- Installing lights to our exact design specifications
- Properly completing paperwork (Work orders, Inspection forms, Safety forms, etc)
- Daily Inspection of equipment being used that day (lift, ladders, harnesses etc.)
- Being comfortable and safe while working on ladders
- Being comfortable and safe working in lift equipment at heights of 32-125 ft.
- Working in the elements (Rain, Shine, Snow, etc.)
- Always conduct oneself in a professional manner
- While working must wear uniform given when hired.
- Leave job sites looking as good as they did before you arrived (Clean up your mess, sweep up fallen debris, etc.)
- Always working safely
- Troubleshooting basic power issues
- Show up and be ready to work on time
