**Customer Support Agent**

Vaughan, Ontario

Aquascape, Inc. is the world’s leading supplier of water feature products, and our Canadian Office is looking for a new teammate

As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

- Fill orders for customers at order pick up desk
- Process orders and returns which are received by phone, fax and mail and enter into the computer system
- Resolve customer service issues
- Act as customer advocate by notifying supervisor, and/or appropriate departments of service or product issues
- Assist with overflow calls that come to customer service and/or tech phone line
- Respond to customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Answer technical questions to assist customers in selecting the correct product
- Promote sales by suggesting additional merchandise
- Promote monthly specials or product-promotions and up-sell based on customer needs
- Assist in warehouse and complete other assignments and projects as assigned

The Customer Support Agent should possess the following qualities:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly dependable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Bilingual French also an asset.
- Demonstrable data entry skills
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of decorative water feature industry a plus but not required, we will train
