Every member of the Creative Woodcraft team must be involved in the process of making manufacturing more efficient. THE POSITION Cabinet Makers are responsible for building custom components in all material types (plywood, veneer, laminates, solid wood, and MDF), building various cabinets and wall units in accordance with specifications, operating various woodworking machinery, inspecting products for high quality and consistent finish results. QUALIFICATIONS - Excellent woodworking skills - Attention to detail - Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, or sketches - Proficient with various woodworking equipment and hand tools - Experience with CNC operation & maintenance in a production environment - Accountable - Reliable - Safety conscious - Positive attitude - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Standing for extended periods of time RESPONSIBILITIES - Build custom components in all material types - Follow directions quickly and accurately - Read layouts and assemble product as required - Use hand and pneumatic tools to assemble cabinets, install hardware, etc. - Complete work on schedule - Participate in continuous improvement & cultivate new ideas - Keep work area clean and log all daily activities - Follow all safety precautions - Other duties as assigned WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
