_Baldwin Brothers is a seasonal landscaping and snowplowing service, targeting residents of middle-class homes with larger yards; and commercial lots throughout the city of Kingston. A large grouping of this demographic is The City of Kingston. Baldwin Brothers has a fantastic opportunity for a Snow plow driver to serve the public sector for **winter control operations**. We are seeking an experienced individual who is a service-oriented person, seeking a challenge, and wanting to make things happen that will contribute to the overall business._

- Truck with Plow and Salter
- Skid steer
- Loader
There will be hours available between storms, if needed. Baldwin Brothers boasts a safe and organized management, reliable equipment, and offers potential to year-round employment.
We require at least two years experience doing snow removal, as well as a **clean, drivers abstract**.
**Snow Plow Driver**:
In this key role, you will work closely with your team to ensure winter control services remain in compliance with all established regulations and requirements, provide service in a timely manner as specified in the contract, while ensuring a safe working environment for staff and the public.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review the daily production schedule
- Ensure proper and safe operation of equipment
- Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications
- Responsible for proper cleaning equipment
- Ensure production schedule is always being followed
- Able to follow task directions
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work rotating shifts (10 hour and 12 hour)
- Punctuality and good attendance needed
- Ability to work overtime when needed (up to 56 hours per week)
- Strong attention to safety policies and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in fast paces packaging environment
- Attention to detail and quality
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Long periods of standing and shoveling
- Repetitive lifting required
- Must be able to operate a loader
- Ability to operate a Skid steer is an asset
- Hourly rate will be based on experience
