Homestretch Health, a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic, is seeking a skilled and compassionate **Osteopathic Practitioner** to join our dynamic team. Our clinic offers a range of services, including chiropractic care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, reflexology, and orthotics. We're dedicated to providing holistic, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

**Job Summary**

As an **Osteopathic Practitioner** at Homestretch Health, you will provide manual therapy treatments to address a variety of musculoskeletal and functional concerns. You will focus on improving patients’ overall well-being through hands-on care, assessment, and individualized treatment planning.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including taking detailed medical histories and performing physical evaluations.
- Develop and implement customized osteopathic treatment plans to address patients’ needs.
- Perform hands-on osteopathic techniques, such as myofascial release, joint mobilization, and cranial-sacral therapy, to relieve pain and improve function.
- Educate patients on self-care strategies, including exercises and lifestyle modifications, to support ongoing wellness.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes in compliance with clinic policies.

**Qualifications**
- Certification as an **Osteopathic Practitioner** from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of osteopathic manual therapy techniques and holistic health principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
- Experience working in a clinical setting is an asset but not mandatory.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
