Waste Logic is an equal-opportunity employer. **THE ROLE - People and Culture Manager** Waste Logic is in growth mode - reporting to the President, the new position of **People and Culture Manager** will collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive, develop and implement various human resources projects, processes, business plans, and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to lead the HR function as a **department of one** and demonstrate your HR expertise and project management skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about all aspects of HR, thrives on change and variety, and is eager to take on a hands-on role.
