**Requirements**:
The position requires you to use your sales and communication skills to help in the company's business development goals and achieve daily and monthly targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying lead accounts, developing new business, and managing existing client relationship.
- Drive profit (margin) through effective negotiation
- Provide full cycle customer service from contract to delivery and understand the client need and negotiate rates.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain the flow of business information with a sense of urgency.
- Manage your own book of business; be both available and accountable to your clients.
- Collaborate with existing clients to discuss any staffing needs and assist with filling them.

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
