BA Blacktop Ltd. is currently looking for a **Payroll Administrator** to join our team at our **_North Vancouver Office Location._**

All tasks require a high level of accuracy to ensure the correct processing of information.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Calculate employees worked payable hours, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Process semi-monthly payroll for hourly, and salary employees
- Ensure all banking information for each employee is correct
- Keep employee information updated.
- Process ROEs
- Process full-cycle employee benefits; enrolment, changes & terminations
- Create supporting documentation such as pay slips and tax forms
- Create reports to manage payroll payments, deductions, and other regular modifications
- Manage payroll errors and correct issues for employees
- Balance yearly reports and resolve bank statements every month
- Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll-related matters.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience with union agreements is an asset
- Intermediate computer skills (including MS Office, Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Ability to focus on established priorities, and attention to detail
