We specialize in fixing and flipping homes across Edmonton, and we are looking for motivated individuals eager to grow with us. **Responsibilities**: - Assist with the renovation and remodeling of residential properties. - As a key member of our core team, you will be the designated taper for every project. - Perform mudding and taping on a mix of new and old drywall, including popcorn and textured ceilings. - Independently handle mudding and taping for residential properties of any size and condition. - Ensure pristine drywall work and maintain quality control on-site. - Utilize company-provided tools, but having your own is an asset. - Depending on experience and desired hours, you may also take on additional construction tasks, including demolition, drywall installation, painting (roller and/or spray), tiling, caulking, kitchen cabinet installation, landscaping, framing, etc. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Work under the direction of team leaders and project managers. - Be available for some evening and weekend work to meet project deadlines. **Experience**: - Mudding & Taping: Minimum 3 years (required) - Painting: 3 years (an asset) - Drywall: 1 year (an asset) - Additional helpful skills: caulking, concrete, tiling, stucco **Qualifications**: - Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills. - Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials. - Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (projects are spread across Edmonton). - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. **What We Offer**: - Full-time work during each project, primarily indoors, sheltered from the elements. - Competitive pay, with rates based on experience and performance. - Opportunities for rapid pay increase through hard work and learning. - Potential for advancement to team leader or project manager roles. - Profit-sharing bonuses for team leaders and project managers. - 10 to 15 projects per year, each typically lasting 3-6 weeks. - The opportunity to learn how to flip properties from start to finish, with the potential for partnerships and financial assistance for your own future flips. **How to Apply**: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your interest in this opportunity and the relevant skills/experience you bring to the table.
